Because each item is created specifically for the customer, no cancellations, modifications, or design changes are permitted once the order has been confirmed and entered into production.
A design preview will be sent to your email for approval before production begins. To avoid delays, customers must respond within 5 hours of receiving the preview. Once the design is approved, all sales become final and non‑refundable.
If an order is eligible for cancellation or refund, a 15% restocking fee and the non‑refundable credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
